BILLING TERMS
These Billing Terms explain how payments, charges, refunds, and order changes are handled when you make a purchase from Jejrelop.
PAYMENT
Payment is required at the time your order is placed.
Available payment methods will be displayed during checkout. By submitting an order, you authorize the applicable payment provider to charge the total amount shown at checkout using your selected payment method.
All payment information must be accurate and valid.
If your payment is declined, unsuccessful, or cannot be verified, your order may not be processed.
PRICES
Product prices are displayed on our website and may change from time to time.
The price shown at checkout at the time your order is submitted is the price applicable to that purchase, unless an obvious pricing or technical error has occurred.
Any applicable shipping charges, discounts, taxes, or other charges will be displayed during checkout before payment is completed.
ORDER CONFIRMATION
After successfully placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation using the email address provided during checkout.
An order confirmation acknowledges that we have received your order. It does not guarantee that an order can be fulfilled if there is an inventory, payment, pricing, or other processing issue.
If we are unable to fulfill your order, we will contact you and provide an appropriate resolution.
ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Orders can only be changed or canceled before fulfillment has begun.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled and will need to follow our standard return process.
We do not charge a cancellation fee for an order that is successfully canceled before fulfillment begins.
REFUNDS
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Once a refund has been processed by us, your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may require additional time before the funds appear in your account.

Jejrelop does not require customers to provide payment information by email.
If you receive a suspicious message requesting payment information outside our normal checkout process, please contact our customer support team before responding.
PRICING ERRORS
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product prices and order information are accurate.
If an obvious pricing, discount, or technical error occurs, we reserve the right to contact you before fulfillment to correct the issue or cancel the affected order and issue a refund.
