Product Description
Before the manger, there was waiting.
Before the shepherds, before the angels’ song, before the world knew His name, Mary carried the promise in silence. With both hands resting over the child beneath her heart, she looks toward the Light still to come—steadfast in a waiting shaped by love, courage, and faith. Around her, the circle of Advent gathers the passing weeks into one quiet journey, as darkness gives way to hope and expectation draws nearer to joy. Each Christmas, this piece invites your family to remember that the story did not begin at the manger. It began with a mother who believed before she could see.
Product Features
🤍 The Story Before the Manger
Mary gently protects the child she carries while lifting her eyes toward the promised Light. Instead of repeating the familiar Nativity scene, this figurine honors the quiet courage, motherly love, and faithful waiting that came before Christ’s birth.
🕯️ A Four-Week Advent Tradition
Light one additional candle on each Sunday of Advent as Christmas draws nearer. Three deep purple candles represent prayer, preparation, and expectation, while the rose-pink candle celebrates the joy of the third Sunday.
🔥 Four Removable Flameless LED Candles
Each included LED candle can be lifted from its cup and operated independently using the ON/OFF switch on its bottom. Simply remove the candle, switch it on, and return it to the display. The main figurine requires no wiring or power cord.
✨ A Design Filled with Christian Symbolism
The unbroken circular form represents eternity, evergreen branches symbolize enduring life and hope through winter, and the antique-gold star points toward the Light soon to enter the world.
🎨 Hand-Painted, Heirloom-Inspired Character
The circular frame and supports feature distressed forest green over deep walnut undertones, creating the appearance of aged carved wood. Warm antique-ivory Mary, a softly burnished gold star, and bronze-look resin cups complete the reverent vintage finish.
🎁 A Tradition Worth Passing Down
Created for Christian homes, this meaningful Advent display offers families a quiet way to prepare for Christmas together. It also makes a thoughtful gift for mothers, grandparents, church friends, newly married couples, and families beginning a new faith-centered tradition.
